How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer completes the tasks you describe. Loxif maps the workflow first, documents it, trains the assistant on your own tools, manages the work on an ongoing basis, and keeps trained backup coverage. The management burden does not land back on you.

Do I have to write instructions before we start?

No. Mapping and documenting the workflow is the part Loxif takes on. You review the delegation map rather than write it.

What happens if my assistant moves on?

The workflow is documented and a backup is already trained on it, so the work continues rather than restarting. That is the whole reason the process is documented before anybody begins.

What should stay with me rather than being delegated?
