This policy explains what Loxif Outsourcing LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email info@loxif.com and we will answer plainly.
Who we are
Loxif Outsourcing LLC, 202 N 9th Street STE 201E, Boise, ID 83702, United States. Phone 530 492 0091. Email info@loxif.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our forms. That is your name and email address, and optionally your company, your website, and what you tell us about the work you want to hand off. If you use the chat panel we collect your name, email, and your message.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not collect medical or health information through it.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare for your consultation, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it goes
Form and chat submissions are stored in our website platform's contact system, which is provided by Wix. Wix processes this data on our behalf as our hosting and CRM provider. We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for our business relationship, and we delete them on request.
Client work and confidentiality
This policy covers this website. Client work is governed separately by the agreement we sign with you. Every Loxif assistant signs a confidentiality agreement before starting on an account. Where we handle medical data, staff are HIPAA trained and we will enter into a business associate agreement with you before that work begins.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses the cookies its hosting platform needs in order to function. We will update this section if we add analytics or advertising tools.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@loxif.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honour those.
Children
This website is for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
A note on this document. This policy describes our actual practices in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by an attorney. If Loxif takes on regulated work at scale, have counsel review it.
